The refund of appln no 18291 regd no RTK6-36100 cat genl 8-marla sector 6 rohtak still not recd inspite of email and telephonic talk etc case of Rukmani Devi W/o Sh Balbir Singh Bhadu VPO KABREL via Mandi Adampur Distt Hisar 125052. Who is responsible. can it be informed to me.
